Faby Diallo
Faby is a board-certified behavior analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She holds a masters degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from George Mason University. Just as importantly, She is also a mom to a wonderful child on the autism spectrum. Faby is an experienced professional who combines a deep intellectual understanding of the principles of ABA with the love and patience of a special needs parent. She is passionate about helping worried parents just like you navigate the parenting challenges that come with raising a child with special needs. She serves clients with different diagnoses and varied age ranges from diagnosis to adulthood. She believes in teaching independent living skills at an early age and educating and empowering parents through coaching.

Human Simulation and Empathy in Technology
Dr. Saikou Diallo, former Chief Scientist and Director of R&D at the Virginia Modeling Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) at Old Dominion University, led in Human Simulation and Simulated Empathy, using Modeling, Simulation, and Analytics to study connections between all people and artificial beings. Past president of the Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS), Dr. Diallo is active across academia, government, and industry in decision support, inclusion, and technology access. He is a Scientific Advisor at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and has over 150 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Diallo is an internationally known speaker and lecturer.
Bridging Technology and Humanity
John Shull is the Lead Project Scientist at Virginia's Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center at Old Dominion University. He holds an M.E. in Modeling and Simulation from ODU (2014), specializing in technology integration and development. With extensive experience in agile development and multi-team project facilitation, John has created numerous prototypes, focusing on affordable, human-centered solutions using commercial hardware and software.
Expanding the Boundaries of Virtual Realities
Bratislav Cvijetic (BaTo) leads project science at Virginia's Modeling, Analysis, and Simulation Center, Old Dominion University. With degrees in Illustration (BFA, UNCC) and Animation (MFA, SCAD), he excels in various visual arts, including Storyboarding, Animation, AR/VR, Game and Web Development, and Graphic Design. BaTo is committed to exploring the role of symbolism and visual narrative in virtual environments through his research. Outside academia, he develops a symbol-rich comic book and instructs a game design course at ODU.
The Intersection of Innovation and Inclusion
Mr. Hector M. Garcia leads as Project Scientist at the Virginia Modeling Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) at Old Dominion University and manages the Simulation Experiences and Analysis Lab (SEAlab). Trained as an Architect, he is driven by a passion for technology and its potential for positive impact. He boasts expertise in Interactive Virtual and Augmented Reality, Robotics, 3D Printing, and 3D content development for Game Engines. Garcia champions Inclusive Design in technology integration and has spearheaded projects to broaden STEAM access to diverse groups by organizing inclusive STEAM events. With over 25 years in technology, his work has been widely published, showcasing his long-standing commitment to innovation.
